All absence-related activities, from initial requests to amendments and cancellations, are centralized in a single environment. Employees and managers can track leave absences in real time without having to contact HR.
Flexible processing of requests
Managers have the ability to approve change requests, maintain original dates or, in the absence of consensus, reject requests.
Automatic notification system
All requests, confirmations and rejections are processed according to controlled rules, and the persons concerned receive an automatic e-mail notification of changes.
Quick and easy deployment
After registration, a confirmation letter is sent to the company's main user with login details. Using the setup wizard, it is easy to enter the initial data - departments, positions, employees, their roles and the initial leave balances. The platform is then ready to use.
